About MacUpdate Bundles
1. What's a bundle? A bundle is a collection of applications packaged together and sold at a substantial discount for a limited-time only. MacUpdate bundles are only available from MUPromo.com.
2. What's the catch? There isn't a catch! You get the same versions of the software as if you paid full price! The same support, update, and upgrade options are available to you as well! No 'Lite' versions or anything of the sort.
3. Seriously... no catch? How can this be? MacUpdate has been serving the Mac community since 1996. We leverage our close developer connections and large reach to sell thousands of bundles in a very short period of time. The sales volume and marketing exposure we deliver makes this attractive to our partners.

About Your Purchase/Receipt
1. Where can I retrieve my receipt and serial numbers? Your receipt and serial numbers are emailed to you upon purchase. They can also always be retrieved in your MacUpdate Purchase History.
2. Did my purchase go through? If your purchase was successful, you should: 1) receive a confirmation in your Web browser, 2) receive an email receipt, 3) see the purchase record in your MacUpdate Purchase History.
If none of these occurred, then your purchase was not successful. Please try again!
3. The registration details I received don't work, what should I do? Please read your receipt carefully, especially the text around your serial number or any "Special Instructions". Some applications require you to enter your name and/or email address exactly as you provided those details to MacUpdate. Others may have a different name than your own (typically in the format of "MacUpdate Bundle" or "MacUpdate Promo" or similar). If the registration details are still not working, please contact the developer directly of the app in question for the fastest response.
4. I mistyped my name or email address, how can I update my registration details? You must contact the developer directly of the application in question, as MacUpdate cannot manually change your registration details after your receipt has been issued. Please note this process may take several days as it is relatively laborious.
5. How do I get a refund? There are absolutely no refunds! Because of the tremendous value and time-limited nature of the offer, all purchases are final.
Please be sure you know what you are buying! Most of the applications have a free trial; it is your responsibility to ensure they are compatible with your Mac. If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate application developer or MacUpdate Support before your purchase!
6. I was charged multiple times, what should I do? Please email support (at) macupdate.com and include the dates of the charges, your full name, and email address associated with your MacUpdate account.
If you received multiple receipts from us, please include all receipts in your email.
7. What does buy 3, get 1 free mean? If you purchase 4 copies of the bundle, you will only be charged for 3 copies. You must enter "4" as the quantity to get the fourth free bundle. If you only enter "3", you will not receive the free bundle. You may also enter more than 4 - and for every additional 3 bundles, you will receive a free bundle, for example, if you enter "8", you will receive 2 free bundles and only pay for six of them.
How Do I Download and Register My Apps?
1. Where do I download the bundle? Click here to download a single disk image (119MB) with demos of 8 of the 11 bundle apps.
(Demos are not available for TechTool Pro 6, MacFonts Complete, and Neverwinter Nights 2.)
If you purchased the bundle, full download instructions are contained in the lower half of your receipt, which can be accessed from your MacUpdate Purchase History.
2. A serial number I received isn't working. Please be sure you are copying and pasting just the serial number itself; sometimes when you copy/paste text, an extra space or line break finds its way in at the end of the serial number.
If an app requires a Name or Email address to be entered, make sure these match the name & email address on your receipt.
Other tips for registering specific apps in our bundle:
Total Finder
Install Total Finder, then click on the black folder icon in your menu bar.
Select "TotalFinder Preferences," then "About," then "Register."
In the registration boxes you will need to supply your first and last name exactly as it appears on your bundle receipt.
Be sure you are entering the serial number without any spaces.
Font Pack
If you clicked to download the Font Pack Pro Master Collection and only got one font, you need to download the full bundle dmg to get all 6200 fonts. The full Winter Bundle dmg can be downloaded from the link in the "Special Instructions" section at the bottom of your receipt.
MenuPop
If you are seeing what looks like gibberish when you click on the link in the "Serial Number" box to download the MenuPop license file, please complete the following steps to register the app.
Command-click or right click the link and select Download Linked File As... (Safari) or Save Link As... (Chrome)
Save the file ensuring that the extension remains .menupoplicense and not .xml, .exe or .txt. If it is not, rename the file to have a .menupoplicense extension.
Double-click the saved license file to register or command-click or right click and Open With... and select MenuPop.
