About MacUpdate Bundles

1. What's a bundle?
A bundle is a collection of applications packaged together and sold at a substantial discount for a limited-time only. MacUpdate bundles are only available from MUPromo.com.

2. Is there a catch?
Nope, none! You get the same versions of the software as if you paid full price! The same support, update, and upgrade options are available to you as well! No 'Lite' versions or anything of the sort.

3. Seriously... no catch? How can this be?
Simply put, volume. By selling thousands of copies of an application at a discount in a time-limited fashion, what our developer partners lose in per-license revenue they make up for in volume and the value of the tremendous marketing and exposure they enjoy from the bundle.

About Your Purchase/Receipt

1. Where can I retrieve my receipt and serial numbers?
Your receipt and serial numbers are emailed to you upon purchase. They can also always be retrieved in your MacUpdate Purchase History.

2. Did my purchase go through?
If your purchase was successful, you should: 1) receive a confirmation in your Web browser, 2) receive an email receipt, 3) see the purchase record in your MacUpdate Purchase History.

If none of these occurred, then your purchase was not successful. Please try again!

3. The registration details I received don't work, what should I do?
Please read your receipt carefully, especially the text around your serial number or any "Special Instructions". Some applications require you to enter your name and/or email address exactly as you provided those details to MacUpdate. Others may have a different name than your own (typically in the format of "MacUpdate Bundle" or "MacUpdate Promo" or similar).
If the registration details are still not working, please contact the developer directly of the app in question for the fastest response.

4. I mistyped my name or email address, how can I update my registration details?
You must contact the developer directly of the application in question, as MacUpdate cannot manually change your registration details after your receipt has been issued. Please note this process may take several days as it is relatively laborious.

5. How do I get a refund?
There are absolutely no refunds! Because of the tremendous value and time-limited nature of the offer, all purchases are final.

Please be sure you know what you are buying! Most of the applications have a free trial; it is your responsibility to ensure they are compatible with your Mac. If you have any questions, please contact the appropriate application developer or MacUpdate Support before your purchase!

6. I was charged multiple times, what should I do?
Please email support (at) macupdate.com and include the dates of the charges, your full name, and email address associated with your MacUpdate account.

If you received multiple receipts from us, please include all receipts in your email.
