sportsmedjosh said today at 12:01am This is such a cool game, I saw it earlier on apple's page as a featured third party program and had to demo it. Way to much fun and something a little different from what we usually see. As a 24 year old I still find this addicting in my office as I'm sure a younger kid would. I think that is what really makes mac games stand out from PC games which are graphic intensive. |
fonix said today at 12:36am @WalrusCP - The inclination at first is to run at whatever is in front of you and start throwing as fast as you can, but that is not always the best approach. For example, you need to keep you eye on those around you (especially behind you or to the sides), because getting hit with a snowball can knock you off the iceberg and end the round for you. But you can also move while in mid-air, and sometimes get back to the iceberg before you land. I remapped the keys to be a little more like other FPS games I play, and that helped. Also, spend some time getting to know the different power-ups you can use. Some reduce the amount of pushback a snowball has on you, others allow rapid fire, etc. Another fun thing to do is team up against another player--you can find someone who is in a battle with another team, and just wait for them to get close to the edge of the iceberg...and then Splat them. :-) |
Frogames said today at 4:52am Hi guys, thanks for all your kind comments. I really hope you will enjoy our game as much as we enjoyed making it. Remember to copy the game on your hard drive before playing! |
Jack Sparrow said today at 12:55am This is a cool game. Not just 4 kids. I purchased it from the developer's page like 4 months ago. It still makes me laugh when I play. Definitely worth trying! |
MacMaria said today at 7:30am I bought this game some days ago via MacZOT to my 7 years old kid and we both love it. (Besides the game itself, the music score is a must!) The developers are great and quite responsive. They sent me the Penguin wallpapers available on their site in a new size (1900*1200). The other extras are also cool. Try it. You may happen to love it as we do. :) (Besides, 10$US is a great price.) |
davidw4806 said today at 11:55am I think this game will be great for our 4 children and their friends. At least it is not a game with guns and gore. |
person1229 said today at 11:49am The most creative, and original game I've seen on MUPromo yet. I'm sick of those dumb hidden object games. |

I bought this on MacZot a little over a week ago. This game seems simple, and it is, but there is more subtle control to the gameplay than first meets the eye. Give this a good 1-2 hours, especially playing online, and you'll see what I mean.
This is a great alternative to the typical first-person shooter games, and it's fun!
